Returns Policy

At Echo and Ember, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide products of the highest quality. However, due to the nature of our cosmetic and personal care products, we have a strict no-return policy on all purchases. Once items are shipped, returns or exchanges for a change of mind are not accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@echoandember.com. We will arrange a replacement or provide a refund as appropriate.

Order Errors and Address Issues
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly. Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses will be subject to a restocking fee of $25.
