  1. Placing Orders
  • All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Echo & Ember.
  • Prices listed on the website may change without prior notice. If an order is affected by a price change, you will be notified and have the option to cancel the order within seven (7) days of being notified of the price increase.
  • Orders should preferably be placed through the website for efficiency. Orders through email or other methods may be accepted in special circumstances, but phone orders are not accepted.
  • Availability of stock is not guaranteed and may change. In cases of inventory discrepancies, Echo & Ember may adjust the availability or quantity.
  • Cancellations must be requested immediately. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled without incurring shipping and handling charges.
  1. Payment
  • We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard).
  • The title of the goods remains with Echo & Ember until full payment is received.
  1. Shipping

  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Canada: [3-5 Days]
    • United States: [5-10 Days]
    • International: [10-15 Days]
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or third-party addresses unless verified.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Delivery issues or attempts must be reported immediately.

  1. Returns and Refunds
  • We do not offer returns for change of mind or incorrect selection of products.
  • If a product is faulty, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase.
  • Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods by contacting Echo & Ember at our contact email (below).
  • If returned items are accepted, they must be in original condition with packaging.
  1. Warranty
  • All products are sold with a warranty to be free from defects.
  • Warranty coverage includes repair or replacement, but not refunds.
  • Any product returned that is not defective will incur shipping costs, and Echo & Ember reserves the right to charge the customer for the return shipping.
